e30 Lug Bolt Length? vs e36's?

I was wondering if anyone had a resource for the OEM length of the Lug Bolts for the e30's?

I had purchased new wheels and used my e36 Lugs for the wheels. And now I hear a click-click-click with the wheels. After some searches on the forums it sounds like I should rule out the longer lug bolts first.

Problem is, I don't have e30 lugs to compare to.

Both are the same, 24mm overall thread length from the end of the cone seat to the tip of the bolt.
