Call them again, and ask them to put a trace on it. Packages sometimes go astray...
They won't necessarily know it was lost unless you raise a stink.

Well you might want to call your credit card company and get your money back. Seems to me like this company is trying to stall you for 90 days so that you can no longer get your money back. I hope I'm wrong but it's better to be safe.

You are right....i am getting close to the 90 day mark here. Though im also thinking that it is a legit place....cause lots of other people have Eiensmann exhausts. The thing is....that it is made directly in germany then shipped over seas....i guess they have problems getting them through customs...i dont know im calling tommarow. See what the deal is. Anybody out there have a good experience with Eisenhaus???

I ordered my exhaust from them back in February and got it in March, they said 4 - 6 weeks and I got it in 5. Waiting since June/July does not seem normal at all. Give them a call and ask for John. He's a pretty straight shooter and tell him Mike Dabney, the EisenHaus Club member with the 7 Series, suggested you call him directly. Good luck and let us know what happens.

mine took about 6 weeks..and then i called a few times and got a rather run aroundish answer..then one day they called with a tracking #. They seem like good people, I think becuase they are from germany there is a communication issue at times.

Holliday is absolutley right! Actually it's "vacation" - 6-8 weeks paid! Month of August is THE vacation month in Europe whereby the whole continent pretty well shuts down.
So, there is your answer!
Sit tight, and wait - I've heard good things about that exhaust.

that's correct, it's also the reason why '03 cars don't ship till september.

I had the same experience with Bekkers. It took about 2 months to get the exhaust because it got lost on the factory floor. They thought they shipped it out and it turns out it was not packed in the pallatte or container. Had to locate it and resend it.

Had class all morning and finaly Just got off the phone with John from Eisenhaus...
GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It looks like the factory screwed up. They had called me a week and a half ago...saying the shipment came in and they where picking my exhaust up the next day. Well when they went to pick it up it was not there. He said they are expecting another shipment next week. And he has already called...and the exhaust should be on the next shipment. So now im looking at probably another at least two weeks...maybe longer!!!!! ARRRGGGGGGGGGGGG... At least he said he would try to compensate me somehow.... If its not on this next shipment heads are gonna role!!!!! Im pissed....oh well.... I just still think this is still a run around answer!!!!

If you get that exhaust by next Thursday, it'll be a bloody miracle.
They "ship" these things by a boat! The Customs/Shipper over there will take their sweet time, the boat will be late, the US Customs will tear it apart looking for terrorist hiding inside it, the US Customs Broker will be on vacation, your friend "John" will be out for a while, war will break out in Iraq, someone will fart in New Jersey...
Shiet, you better get some Demerol, and wait it out. 3-4 weeks minimum, I say...
Don't let me get you down - I feel for you, because when I buy or order something, I want it NOW - PHUCIN" SCHNELL! not tomorrow.
I still think, from what I've heard, their system is worth it.
Cheer up...

That is why i have put up with it for so long cause i have heard so many great results and reviews.... The deal is there expecting the shipment next week...and they will no if its on the boat or not. Im not really expecting it to my door step by next week. At least just in the US.

Well I'm sorry to hear about the continued mixup... but it will be well worth it when you hear what finally arrives... keep hanging in there.

That's not the way to do business. You've already invested your time into this, so what's two more weeks when you've waited four months? But they better cut you a deal or else it's time to regulate. Tell him straight up.

I just recieved an update. John called me to tell me he got a double confirmation that my exhaust is en-route to the US and due to arrive early next week. So that is some good news. My luck though...a hurricane will sink the ship!!!!
