Up for sale is My 1995 BMW M3 Cosmos Black with Black sport interior (Vaders) 5sp MANUAL TRANSMISSION 5/95 Build date CLEAN CARFAX! No accidents I will get the vin for any carfaxers.
168,500 Miles- I am the 2nd Owner and have owned this car since 145K Miles. It has been nothing but a pleasure to drive and has been my daily driver since the day I bought it. This M3 runs very strong and has been very well mantained, Unfortunatly for me, I must sell within the next 15 days due to personal Issues. I am looking to sell as quicky as possible so this M3 will be on Ebay shortly.
I will take interior pics as soon as I can, so they should be up within the next 24 hours. I still have the original owners manual which has all the inspections dated and stamped by BMW service Mechanics. I have replaced many stock cosmetic parts on this vehicle as well.
This M3 is the perfect car for upgrades. Nearly bone stock with only a few extras, here's the list, hopefully I will not leave anything off..........

The GOOD:
-OEM euro clear tail lights
-18 Button OBC (lights up completely)
-Heated washer nozzles (recently replaced)
-Heated seats
-Zimmerman cross drilled rotors w/ axxis ultimate pads
-Upgraded stock speakers to that of a 1998 M3 (still Nokia)
-Pre wired for subs if needed
-B&B Tri-Flo Exhaust system (been on for less than a yr, stock system will be sold with the car)
-Clutch Stop
-OEM factory staggered contours (5)
-28% window tint all around
-Pioneer CD player
-New E46 M3 rear shock mounts
-all tools still located in tool kit
Runs VERY strong, No mechanical problems.

The NOT SO GOOD:
-Needs shocks, just started noticing them goin recently so I havnt been driving it much.
-Headliner will need to be replaced soon, it has only started to come down in certain places, not very bad at all.
-Will need new tires soon
-Passenger side corner light and fog light both cracked a little (still work, pls see pics)
-Paint and Interior are by no means perfect, I have just put brand new door clips on the passenger side door so its like new again.
-Odometer lights just went dim. All other dash lights work perfectly

As a bonus, I work for a company that ownes a BMW dealership, so I get parts/accessories for 10% over cost. I will help anyone get any parts they need in the future if someone from BIMMERFORUMS buys this car from me.
Unless I get something set in stone within the next 24-48 hours, This Beautiful M3 will be sold on ebay, and I'm sure I can get a little more money on there, so do yourself a favor and dont miss out on this good deal.

note on the drivers side door panel there is a buble on the armrest (easy fix)

Yes it is stock ride height, may sit a tad lower due to the fact the shocks need to be replaced!

By assisting I am willing to drive the M3 to any shipping station within a 50 mile radius of Raleigh NC, but I think everyone would agree with me that for $8000.00 + shipping you will still pay less than you would for the same car found locally.

Thanks guys, I waited a little while to put it on ebay, just wanted to give fellow bimmerforum members a chance to pick it up first because I know someone is more likely to take care of it, but I havnt gotten any serious buyers yet so I will post the link on ebay shortly after set up the for sale ad. My buy it now price will probably be $500 higher because we all know I can probably get more money for it on Ebay, so if it isnt sold by tonight, maybe tomorrow, then it will be on Ebay. You say you just noticed the shocks feel like they were really starting to go recently? Everyone on here seems to insist that shocks are on their way out at 60,000 miles and completely shot by 100,000.

Is there a 3rd phase to shock life that we dont know about? I am very interested to know what you are experiencing at 160k.

I am suprised the car has not sold yet. A few people on here have S50s with 300,000 miles on them. With the common wear items taken care of the new owner will have a very refreshed M3. Best of luck with the sale. :)

The shocks were replaced at 82k by the previous owner, I bought it with 143k and noticed 1 rear shock was out @ 155k since then they have all blown out but not to the point where it is incredibly noticable.
