I currently have them with HID installed on the low beam and bought some xenon fill gas bulbs 55W for the highbeam.
I still can see it's a bit brighter in the center of the road with the high beams on and was wondering has anybody tried 100w in the high beams.
Would this generate too much heat to discolor the headlamp?

I have this setup. I use Hella H1 100watt bulbs. but my 4300k HIDs are sooooo bright that I don't even bother with my high beams except when I flash someone....it's a bright flash but not as bright/useful as my HIDs.

oh yeah, since I don't drive with my High beams on at night since they are useless, I couldn't tell you if there are any long term effects such as damage to my housings or wiring.

I can see a difference with the high beams on but not a great one.
Straight out and in the center is brighter and the over haed highway signs thats about it.
That is why I was wondering if the xenon filled 100w(blue tint white light) would make a difference since I can see a bit with the 55W one.

I think xenon filled bulbs are a big gimmick. Blue tinted bulbs provide less lighting then traditional bulbs though they may look brighter it's usually just glare that you see.
