I want to buy an M coupe, would like to deal with cash. Right now I have $10k cash + a clean 1996 318ti Sport that I'm trying to sell or trade. Where does that leave me as far as getting that M Coupe. Trying real hard not to do an s52 swap in the TI.

the ti is worth about ~4k, depending on mileage. So that leaves you about 5-6k short of a decent S52 M Coupe.

lol most of those are slush boxes with high mileage i could get 7k easy

Just checked autotrader. Wow, you're right, I didn't realize the ti's had held their value so well. good for them!

If you are patient, and bargain a little, you'll be able to find a nice M Coupe with ~60-70k miles for 19-21. good luck man.

lol right now they have an m roadster on autotrader hard top like yours for 16599 with 60k miles on it, it's blue, i wish i could sell my car right now for 6 or 7 but i know that deal won't last. the reason i need an m coupe or m roadster with a hard top is because i'm going to be moving back east and can't deal with a drop top in the snow.
