smoked tails.....I'm getting a set of red/clears to pass inspection and am wondering if I would like those better....Any opinions?
I kinda like the all black look and don't know if the red/clears will throw "the look" off balance...Maybe I should take this over to DTMP? I don't know if it's me getting use to them or if they really do look ghetto :-)

Well the link didn't work for me. I like the clear/red look on white cars and clear and white get along very well (very smooth), on black cars well it stands out ... but in my opinion it still looks better than just red (the clear being smoked). Do you have a wing? Do you still have your badge?

I like the smoked tails on black cars. One of my neighbors has them on his car. He also has the smoked corners and sides.

His license plate reads "PLAYN4U". lol

BTW, I do have smoked front corners and sidemarkers from BavAuto. I was going to get the smoked tails too but they are $$$ and, to me, look "kinda funky", so I just bought some VHT NiteShades(taillight tint) and made my own.......And my wheels are the grey OZ Superleggeras....So ya think the red/clear tails will thow off the balance of the car? I wish someone sold those all red tails here in the US...those would look real nice....

i smoked my clears on my silver car... after a few weeks i decided the clear looks best on cars that arnt black. tint looks best on black cars.

well it's not lightly smoked, it's black! Well I think it really makes the car's lines disappear ... go clear! ;)
