A short video of car while shifting:

Clean title, smogged and ready to go to its new owner

Production date : 5/1995
119K miles
5 Speed
Black on Black
Power Sports seats (not Vader)
Contour rims
Brand new rear tires (Lot of tread on the front tires)

I am the third owner. bought the car 20K miles ago, and since then put on the following:
* Euro clear corner and tail lights
* Suspension: Koni SA shocks & struts - H&R sport springs. the car is a little lowered but still civilized and comfortable as a daily driver
* Custom Differential: In the last 1300 miles we put in a new high performance differential ; a 3.46 LSD w/ 40% lock up. This car corners like nothing. (diff alone was ~ $1500 excluding the labor)
* Short shifter
* new micro filter
* Z4 reinforcement plates for rear struts
* BMW Motorsport X-Brace for better handling
* Cold Air Intake (like Dinan's) w/ K&N filter (The filter has just been serviced -cleaned & oiled-)
* Euro (larger than stock) HFM and Turner Motor Sports chip

Car is fast; it accelerates very quickly,and corners like on rails.

The issues:
* There's a crack on front windshield at lower right *passenger side* corner. It is not yet big that you would want to replace it.
* The headliner under the sunroof (not the complete headliner, just the moving piece under the sunroof) is loose.

Car is in Sunnyvale, stored and not driven until its sale (other than for test driving). Can be seen in the mornings between 8-9:30am, and after 7pm in the evenings in Sunnyvale, or by appointment a day before in Redwood City during the day time.

Price reduced to 11750. This car needs to go.

ps. There's nothing wrong with the car (other than the two issues -windshield crack and loose sunroof headliner- mentioned above. We happened to test drive and buy a new car unexpectedly, and therefore I am selling the M3. Wish I didn't put in the new diff and I could sell the car cheaper.

Why are you selling it?

Have you done a compression/leakdown test?

Selling because I bought a new 4-door, and this (m3) being the 3rd car we currently own, it is just too expensive to keep it as it is not used. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car (other than the two mentioned in the post -windshield and loose sunroof headliner-). It runs wonderfully.

Sorry I missed your second question. I didn't do any compression/leakdown test. But the engine pulls real strong (then again I never have driven another M3, so it is subjective) and also there's no slipping in the clutch at all.
