Door Panel Fixes?

Im sure like many of you, the material on my drivers side door panel is coming apart. Ive already attempted to re-glue it only to have it come apart a week later. i was thinking about buying a new material the same color and just replacing it completely..

what fixes have you others had for this problem?

i'd like to see if its possible to put leather on it .. i know upholstery shops will recover them for $50 a door panel

man, i have real troble with old door panels, i say if its sorta fix able then do it, but sometimes its better to just get new/used ones.
