I had disconected the little orange box under the hood but only for like 2 seconds and now the SRS light stays on.
My question is how do I get rid of it?

Reset by the dealer. There is a DIY somewhere, maybe look for it at www.bimmerdiy.com

You disconnected your crash sensor. In the future, be sure to disconnect the batter before any SRS components (seat, steering wheel, crash sensors, etc.)
