Thanks for the bump!
Please read the forum rules before you comment on pricing, this car has only 45k miles on it, not over 100k like most of the other 95 M3's you see online.

I wasn't talking about the asking price, I think its well suited for how incredibly low those miles are. I have 84,000 on my 95 and I consider that low haha.
I was just talking about the retail prices on those parts.

Retail is retail, and if you do the math on the stock price, he is discounting those retail prices if you buy it as is.
I think it is a little shady that you are posting negative comments in this thread, especially as you are selling your own 95 M3 in Indiana.

It is a really nice car, well maintained and modded. Someone will be very happy with this car, original owner!

This is a very competitive autoX car. Fast enough to compete against E46 cars.
It won last year's Challenge event at the TireRack, beating 2 of the best driven E46 M3's in the Midwest, with all cars on race tires and suspensions. Less than 0.08 seconds covered the first three places.

I own this car.
Yes, 1 AutoX per year, the WindyCityBMW challenge @ the TireRack.
I am also a BMW Driver School Instructor, so yes, it has been at the track.

I haven't been here THAT long, but I do know who Rocky is. I believe I know who owned what car, and when, but it gets confusing....
I do know that Rocky did NOT own a 95 black M3.
A Carfax search should tell you who owned it previously.

Weird, I wonder why someone who didn't know Rocky would've told me he owned it haha. And carfax does not tell the specific owner's name....just the location.
Oh well, good luck with the car man, sounds mint!

Totally unrelated....I have seen this car in person and it is VERY clean. When I first saw the description I thought, 'I wonder if that is Bob's car,' and it is!! If anyone is serious about getting a nice early M3, check this car out!!
By the way, Bob. You might not remember me...but you helped install the Taitec exhaust on my NSX a while back. I cannot believe the M3 is for sale....WOW!!

what kind of cam kit do you have that puts out 295+ HP with that kinda price?
wanna sell the diff, braces seperately?
any problems having lightweight flywheels witht the under drive pulley?

I thought everyone on this forum should know who Jim Conforti and Josh McMurray are. The 2 of them worked together and spec'd out the cams and had them made by Schrick in Germany. Check out the "sharked" website for information on the full kit. The Euro HFM w/ chip and injectors is worth about 20-30 hp, getting you to about 265-270 Hp at the crank. The cams get you the last 20-30 Hp to get you about 290-300 Hp at the crank.
No issues running a LTW flywheel and/or underdrive pulleys as long as you retain the OE front crankshaft pulley with integrated harmonic damper. The harmonic damper and the mass of the front crankshaft pulley is VERY important. When you change these on the front engine driven pulley, you get issue with crankshaft torsional harmonics that can lead to broken cranks.
the LTW front crankshaft pulleys should have already been discussed on the boards. Don't let anyone try to sell you one, you are asking for trouble.

to get the full benefit and maximum Hp, you have to do the full kit, under-drive pulleys, and mechanical fan delete.
European Car magazine did a full article on this a while back.

my friend has the same tc but its lowered 1.5 inches. It makes it look so much better and ride better. He has an exhaust and intake also, not exactly fast but a nice car overall.
