1992 325i $1500 Project/Track Car, Bay Area

Hey Guys,

Yep I'm selling my beloved first car. 1992 Glacier Blue 325i/A. It has 155k miles on it, engine runs really strong, and the car drives. The AC/aux fan have been removed.

It would make a great project/track car build. I've replaced a number of suspension components. The front right fender and rear drivers side door/rocker panel are damaged but I'm throwing in a replacement door and fender in this deal. The car also has a set of V700's on 15's. Stock suspension, but running on eibach springs. Currently, the car is on non-op registration.

She used to be a beauty, and I wanted to completely restore her, but I simply have no funds or time to put back into her. :(

I assume the car is an automatic and does the car run? How bad is the body damage? Is this car daily driveable? Tranny and motor in good shape? The car will need to be registered so I can drive her back to Bass Lake. LMK

I just started her up today, and she starts up in less than a second of starter turning. Engine runs strong, it takes a few seconds for the gear to shift into drive/reverse I'm assuming cuz the pan is a little low on ATF (It leaked when I replaced the radiator, the tranny cooler lines leaked a little atf. I've replaced the front bumper, and drivers side fender. But you will need paint them, they are not the same color. If its a track car it shouldn't matter either way, its all up to your personal preference. I also have a replacement passenger side fender and drivers side rear door that I will throw into the deal. Niether are painted to the car's color. Well, the stock passenger side fender you can keep if you want a little fender rolling on it :)

As for the interior a majority of it is there minus the A pillar, some window switches and center console (which I still think I have, I just have to find it). I also recommend changing the front seatbelts because I was a dumbass and dissassembled them the wrong way). The car doesn't have a radio. The reason why some parts are missing was I initially wanted to part out the car, but I loved the car too much, so rather than parting I wanted to restore it, but realized I just don't have enough time and money to do that, now that I am finishing up my Turbo System for my M3.

I will take more pictures of the car in its all, and try to send them to you guys asap. Let me know if you have any additional questions, and I will try to answer them as best as I can.

Last batch of pictures. I don't have a digital camera here in berkeley, so I'm going to borrow my friend's again and try to take some pictures of the car during the day.

The grills that are missing are inside the car, I took them off cause I didn't want anyone jacking them. Clear corners are also included with the car. The car is honesty very DIRTY cause its been raining alot here in the bay area and has only recently started to become really nice. I can clean her up for ya if you want =)

Oh and the car has the spare on because the actual tire that's supposed to be on there has a bad valvestem that leaks air.

The interior is there except you will need new seatbelts since I disassembled them and the shifter console/radio is not there.

I neglicated to bump this thread, kinda forgot about it. But since I've moved out of berkeley, I need to sell this car as its still in berkeley.

The car drives fine and engine is very strong. the car is on a Non-op and believe it or not, has a clean title.

Would make a great parting out car, has a rare interior (ultra marine) and color code. I can make more parting out this car, but I simply don't have the time or resources to do so. I'll let her go for $1,200.
