What size rime with H&R Coilovers

Thinking of buying a set of H&R Coilover this spring and what wonding what size rims and tires i should run. Looking sizes that will work even with the lowest settings. Currently i have 18x8's ASA AR1's with 225/45 fronts and 245/35 rears, but im thinking of getting new rims soon just now sure when.

it should be 225/40/18 front and 245/35/18 rear.
