looking for e36 with 17x9 inch rears and 255/40r17 tires. wanna see how that looks.

Drew, IIRC MadHatter/Ron runs 17x8.5 Koseis that weigh in at less then 17#s and have 255/40/17s at all 4 corners.

Sorry, no rear shot... but here are 17x9 with 255/40-17 Kumho track tires on the front.

Offset?
Suspension? (ie, how much of a drop from stock)
Fender rub/fenders rolled?

I am very interested in running 17x9 asa ar1's all around on my m3/4

17x9 AR1's fit great in the back. I have minimal rubbing even with being lowered. 17x9's will fit in front but I do not know what it takes to fit them. I needed a 10mm spacer for the 17x8 (with 225/45-17) to clear my coilovers. If you aren't running coilovers it will be easier a 9" rim up front.
