Hey guys I'm buying wheels soon for my 97 m3/4 and I havnt upgraded the suspension yet. Should I do this first? I can't go super low so I'd probably be getting H&R sports. Also, if any of you have pictures of e36 sedans with adr m sports that'd be great if you could post them. I found a great deal on a set of these wheels.

Its always a good idea to do suspension first. You won't really know how much room you have to work with until you do. If you bought 18x8.5" wheels with 245/35-18 tires, they may fit fine on stock, but not when you are lowered (without a fender roll anyway). It's best to sort out set-up first so you can do what you need to make everything fit.

It would really depend on the wheel and tire you choose as well. If the offset is lower and you go with wider tires then you may want to lower the car first. If you stay within the fender wells and don't push the limits you will be fine. The other thing you can do when you lower the car is run a little more negative camber and you should be fine.
If I can help with the springs or the wheels and tires let me know.
