17"x9.5" offset 35 on e36 rear?

Anyone know ifl I will be able to fit a 17"x9.5" wheel with offset 35 on a E36 M3 rearend?

I have 17x9 with 46 offset and it fits perfectly. Your setup doesn't sound like it will work at all.
