I have a 98 auto 4 door m3 in immaculate condition and i am looking for either a trade for a e36 coupe manual m3 or i will sell this baby.......it has 85,000 miles only 2 owners and has gone through inspection after i have recieved the car from the owner and technician noted how clean the car was!!!!

Autotrader has the average value set at 18K so 14K is lowball, auto or no auto.
Condition is everything so there are probably cases where 14 is fair and 22 is fair. YMMV...

doesn't mean that they sell for 18k, it's just the initial price to provide a buffer for the low ballers.

How can some of you tell him how much his car is worth w/o ever seeing it or knowing anything about it. I've seen e36 m's go from 10K to 30K, his seems like a fair asking price at 20K.
