lightweight oil pan tq spec

Im looking for tq specs for cleanouts on my LTW oil pan, i tqed em to 17ft-lbs but its fricken leaking...

Copper washer...

It doesn't take much torque to deform the washer, and it definitely doesn't take much torque to strip the threads out.

im talking about the cleanouts...
and my pan is sand cast alu should be little stronger then the stock one... still not sure what tq spec to use... the bolts are 12mm but not sure if i should use the m8? tq spec?

i thought 10nm was spec, but thats for oil pans.
