LET’S DO THIS!!! EMAIL BAYBIMMERZ@HOTMAIL.COM for the EVITE

For all you American LeMans fans this is a great opportunity to check out the race and purchase inexpensive tickets with good PAVED parking. For all you Car Show fans and participants this is your chance to enter your car in the Mazda Extreme Street Show. Stock or NOT STOCK it does not matter to enter in the show. Either way you get the car show, paved parking lot and the race with paddock passes. What more can you ask for? To register your car in the show and to purchase 2 Sunday tickets with Paddock passes will cost $40 dollars. This is an awesome deal because to purchase one ticket through Laguna Seca would cost $45 dollars.

To register your car go here and Register for the September 22, 2002 Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.
http://www.mazdaextremestreet.com/

For info on the race go here

http://www.laguna-seca.com/

We will be doing a drive to Laguna Seca from Cupertino. Meeting at Apple Computers.
If we get enough participants we may even have a chance at taking the Biggest Crew award! Last year at Laguna Seca we had over 40 cars!!!!

More Details on the drive will follow.

1. The car show is for all cars
2. You can take your car and park it amongst the others. If you don't want it to be judged then they will not judge it. LIKE ME!
3. Yes $40 is for two people and one car
4. Paddock is where all the race cars are when they are not on the track. It is not the pits but close enough. It is a lot of fun to be in the paddock so it's worth it.

Where are you looking? I was given this info directly from the organizers of this event. We did this event at Sears Point also with paddock and a lap. So it's true don't worry.

What time is the meeting at Laguna Seca itself (since it's only 10-15 min away from me, and I'll drive straight there)

We will probably stop at the Kmart off of Hwy 1 across the street from the Ebassy Suites. Do you know which one? It has a McDonalds and Shell Gas. I'll let you know what time as soon as I hear back from the organizers...

Last year we had the most cars BY FAR, and they screwed us, so I am a little bitter. Especially since they screwed us and it freakin poured rain the entire day. Oh yeah, the parking area was paved, but the 1 mile road to the parking area was pure mud.

OK, I am done bitching now. Should be a good time as long as it doesn't rain! Have fun, I'll be on the road in Chi-Town

Filip,

Well since everyone will need to check in at the Embassy Suites let's skip Kmart and go straight to the check in at the hotel. We are leaving the South Bay at 7:30am so I am thinking we will be at the Embassy Suites around 8:45am if there are no stops.

if we register at different times (and I'd imagine, there will be ass load of people, so it'd be hard to see each other). Should we try to to park close, so we can meet and have a drink or something.

Up till now, I've met only one member of this board in person :(

My car is pretty noticable, so you're welcome to comeon up.

I also might be bringing 2 more people with me (in another vehicle- not a BMW). That would bring it up to 4 total.

filip97: The event organizer has a spot for us so we can be parked relatively in one area instead of scattered everywhere. (re-confirm this Jay)

kster: I'm going down on Saturday also maybe we can roll down together. PM me your itenerary.
