Wrinkles in spare tire well?

Has anyone noticed a couple little wrinkle type things where the spare tire well meets the trunk floor nearest to the cabin?

I've seen it on my strut towers in spots, and in my trunk too.

It's either age or the car being left in the tub too long. :D

i'm no expert, but i think it's normal from when the welding of the chassis took place at the factory.
