Style 68's on a 2.3 z3?

Hi, unfortunately I haven't been able to search too easily on the forums for "z3" since it's too short a term. I was wondering if the 7.5" front / 8.5" rear style 68 bmw wheels off of an e46 would fit onto my 2000 2.3L z3?

As far as I can tell I *think* the 68's would fit on a 2.8L z3 without problems, and since the 2.3's and 2.8's sometimes share common wheels, I *think* I'd be ok?
