What F&R spacers are people running when using the SSR Comp 17x9 et45 wheels? I know it also depends on the suspension setup, so if you could include that info please...

I don't own them, but i've had them on my car.

comps with 245/40 hoosiers. 15mm spacer up front, none on the rear. AD coilovers.

you can get away with a little less than 15mm upfront maybe 12 or 10 since if you dont ahve a lot of neg camber upfront you can rub on the fender, . test it out with crappy universal 5mm spacers so you can stack them and see what you need. then buy some quality machined/hubcentric spacers like rogue or h&r.
