How To Take Apart Your Seat

is there some sort of manual that tells you how to take apart a sport seat or m3 vador seat?,they are basicly the same the only difference is the headrest,and foam and are interchangable i have the m3 vador foam and would like to change them over from sports seat to m3 vador seat ive figured how to take apart the bit where you lay your back,but the part where you sit on is very tricky and im stuck i need :help please:(

I believe there are four screws that hold the seat cushion to the seat. Just look underneath.
