But it is brand new, no scratches, never been mounted. Just taken out of the box and sat in on a carpeted floor.

Nope, but universal side mounts are plentiful and cheap.

Yep

If you are more than a 33" inch waist it will be tight. I am a 36" fat boy. Sparco changed the Corsa design sometime in 2004/5. I have sat in other Corsa's that fit me very well this seat is the new style, much narrower. The vendor I bought it from would not take it back.

I had a pair of these seats and can vouch for them being great race seats. very comfortable if you have below a 33" waist.great lateral hold.

Yah i have a 34" waist (cutting it close) and am looking for a good seat, but I am also 6'8" tall and have found no seat that suits me...so...how tall are you?

I'm 5'10" but all torso, I only have a 30" inseam. Heightwise the seat fits me great.
