That is a screaming deal for the price. There is a guy around Vancouver Canada who has already imported 2 of those.

Just don't "F.L.O.G" them and bring em back when you're done, and we're fine. :)

Wow.... if I see something like this in 4 months when my bonus comes in Ill jump on it...
What would import costs be on a car like that to the US?... I have an uncle in England that could pick it up almost immediately, but Ive never tried to import something before.

Let's just say if you want to import anything that's less than 25 years old, that better be a big bonus you're getting.

The silver one on eBay right now is a 5-speed non-turbo and it's being sold by the local Vancouver guy I mentioned earlier. He has been importing mostly Alpinas. You can check his website to see the bi-turbos and some of the other sweet stuff he has in inventory (Lancia Delta Integrale) and has sold in the past (e34 M5's). Most of what he has though is around 15 years old and he states very clearly in his auctions that they are not US admissible. I think the last Alpina I talked to him about, he wanted $20K CAD for it. This one is pretty clean too. Less than 75K miles.

I just found one of his bi-turbos on his website, and he's asking $38K CAD, that's $32,500 USD.

Yeah, importing an Alpina like this, especially the Bi-Turbo, is difficult at best, as it does not meet DOT specs. It costs thousands to bring it up to spec, if someone will do it, to say nothing of the emmisions nightmare. The situation is somewhat similar to the GTR, although I would imagine the Alpina would have an easier time of things.

Oh yeah, actually I was trying to remember where that came from. Lol. But also your sig mentions exrement also so thats why I was wondering. The occurance of the term seemed a bit high for such a small space.
