If someone wants one in a "10" condition--it may be worth it to them. If I had the spare cash and wanted an E34 I would likely only spend that on a more unique color or individual. Also, if you want a daily driver you may not want to spend that to have the car cosmetically perfect. I was on Autotrader the other day and there was some pretty sweet low mileage E34 M5's in the low 20k's.
