Looking for Black E36 rear seat (lower portion)

Hi, I need a new lower half of the rear seat for a black interior E36 in excellent condition. It's for an M3 but I've already got the upper half with the M stripes. Looking for local pick-up in either Southern California (til Jan 1,2006) or Kansas City (from Jan2-on). thanks.
