exhaust manifold help

Help any one have a set of exhaust manifolds. One of the studs broke off
in the front exhaust manifold when i was taking the catalytic convertor off.
After muct to do and many drill bits i have given up on getting the stud out with out taking the manifold off the car. The local machine shop will do it but they are way slow and cant guarantee me a turn around time. If any of you can help me out I would really appreicate it.

always add antiseeze compond to exhaust nuts:)

Anyways, same thing happen to me, instead of getting a new one, I just drilled a hole where the stud is, right through it, not carrying how badly I messed the threads up. Just go to the hardware store and buy a bolt and nut, thread the bolt through cats flange and manifold flange and nut it up.:)
