Fail Inspection Questions....

I ended up getting a code P1423 and P1421(sec. air pump). After further review it turns out that the #6 hose in this picture is bad.

I will replace this before I do anything. Anyone know what the part number for this hose is?

The other reason why I failed is that when you turn on the key my check engine light does not light up at all. NJ has an OBDII test and the test could not get the light to light up either. Is the check engine light the one right below the ///M logo? I have seen this light come on(yellow/orange) before when my coolant was low when I started up the car. The guy said that the check engine light should been constantly lit because of these codes.

Isn't it the same check engine light that goes on when the coolant is low on the dash though? Right below the ///M logo. That one lit up this morning when my coolant was low, it turned off when I pressed the 'Check' button on the computer.

It looks like that vacuum hosed ripped in half so thats probably why I am getting the two codes. I will have to stop by the dealer tonight and get a bulb for the instrument cluster though.
