I drive a 323is, and i recently found a totaled m3, Im trying to salvage some parts of the car and transfer them to mine. But I'm pretty new with cars, so I'm not sure which parts will fit on my car, so far Ive just taken the mirrors, I was wondering if the cams and exhaust would fit on my car. Thanks

What year of M3 did you find? And exactly how totaled is it?

its a 98 m3, and the front got smashed in, but the engine and the other components seem fine.

seats will fit (front + back), the rear bumper, the motor, some suspension things. Alot of things actually.

Given that you are 6-cylinder, most anything will fit (e.g. you can upgrade to m3 brakes since you have spindles, kingpins, rotors, calipers all in one)

Don't take this the wrong way, but if you don't know what you're doing this will turn out bad. If you're just learning to work on cars, I wouldn't recommend such a big project as taking on an entire m3 parts car.

It is true that i don't know too much about cars, but my friend owns a auto body shop, and they are the ones who have gotten the m3. So basically hes gonna help me out. I was thinking of just swapping out the mirrors, steering wheel, and maybe the engine. Thanks

I think a better question is, what parts are broken on the m3 that you can pull off your 323?:alright

hahaha, I was thinking about that, but the body has too much damage. And parts of the car have already been stripped off and sold.

In that case^ The Rear end would be the first thing i would swap over

oooh, and does it have Vader seats?
