I have a well engineered supercharger kit for an M-10 setup that uses a modified S-14 harmonic balancer and M3 crankshaft to drive the SC. The only physical part missing from the kit is a SC discharge tube which any muffler shop could easily fabricate. You will need to increase fuel delivery and I would imagine that the early CIS fuel injection from the 320 would make it a snap. I understand that the old 320 turbo kits basically included a rising rate fuel pressure regulator and that the mass air unit took care of the rest.

I need to clean out my garage and would really like to see someone make good use of my hard work. The kit includes a Powerdyne head unit, 6061-T6 ALALY bracket that was powder-coated black, integrated belt tensioner, crankshaft drive pulley and 3 different size SC pulleys. I abandoned the unit because I could not keep the belt from slipping while generating more than 10 psi of boost. It gets really tough to tune for a good AFR when you are getting boost spikes from a slipping drive belt. I have progresed to turbocharging and currently run 15 psi on pump gas with the same engine setup. I must admit the supercharger felt quicker off the line (no lag), with better throttle response.

This setup made 190 RWHP on my 2.2 liter M10 engine. Boost came on really early and the Powerdyne unit does not require an oil supply or intercooler. Early BD-10 models had a recall for faulty internal cog belt tensioners and my unit was serviced at the factory prior to being removed. The head unit has roughly 2500 miles of use and was functioning perfectly when removed. I have been asked to sell the head unit alone but feel that will only make it tougher to sell the other components. If you have ever thought of boosting your 2002/320/318 please consider the parts I have. These parts will get you 85% of the way there and I am willing to help someone with any install questions.
