Going for 4 new tires - Dealership or Auto Shop ?

I have a 2002 330Ci with Potenza S-03s on them. I am replacing all the tires coz they are all worn out.

For tire mounting, balancing and alignment should I go to the BMW dealer or any generic auto shop like Sears/Bj's will do ?

Quick response is appreciated as I am planning on doing it tomorrow.

I always have the dealer mount and balance. Thats the only way I have no vibration. Actually, I bought my tires from them for the X5 19" Mich Diamaris. They were just $15 higher than tire rack, and they mounted/balanced the whole thing for an extra $60
