Should I rock a sway bar with my (soon to be) GC track/school kit or Dinan stg 2? If I get deals at work I might go with DINAN.

Noticable difference with or w/o the sway bar?

It depends on what you want out of your suspension. Just asking if you need something isn't really going to do much for you without details.

To a great degree that depends on what you'll be doing with the car and what your prioritties are. If the suspension upgrade is for looks you don't need the sways. However, if maximum performance is the goal a top quality set of adjustable sways is essential.

I have the 328 sport suspension with tms sways, and let me tell you, it's a huge improvement in terms of cornering. Even if you just get sways and no springs/shocks, you'll notice a lot less body roll, and cornering and exit speeds will definately improve. I even noticed a slight more stiffness in the ride as well, believe it or not. So i definately think you should rock the sways. Good investment, but make sure you get gusset reinforcements for the rear sways.

Just don't get dinan bars, any of the others are better. Eibach gets my vote.

GC track/track school kit + Eibach sways front and rear (for 400$ from tirerack I think) sound like a pretty good setup?

I plan on tracking and already do some autoX.

Nick, ok...you've been at the dealer for a while now...how can u still like dinan? hahah

if u want dinan suspension, go out and get KONI sa's and H&R OE's... not even sports...there, done..and u saved about $300+ at least
