Spacers anyone? can 18x8.5 fit on e36 w/ spacers?

i was looking into getting some kosei k1's, but want to get them as wide as possible. what size (width) is the biggest i can go, and will i need spacers? Wheels are going on an e36 DINAN 328is. PLEASE HELP!

I'm betting your gunna need spacers up front (prob. 5 mm, maybe 10mm), but you could fit 245s F and R with minor fender rolling. You could probably fit 255 F and R (like me), but you'll need a 10mm spacer up front and a ton of fender rolling front and rear. It also depends on your drop, since you have Dinan suspension it doesn't feature height adjustability, right?... If I was you I would I would play it safe and run 245 F and R.

also, does anyone know which website is cheapest to buy kosei k1's? Can they paint them black before the ship them? thanks in advance.

To determine if you need spacers, we need to know the offset on the wheels...

My BBS RCs are 18x8.5 with et38 offset and don't need spacers with 235x40 tires--no rubbing at all.
