I am wondering if 225/45/18 tires will work on a 98 328 Sedan. The car is lowered but is on coilovers and I will be raising to at least stock level. This is for front and I was wondering if I would rub or have problems. If it makes a difference these are winter tires.
thanx.

18 inch winter tires?! They should work on a car at stock height. Not the right size, but it shouldn't matter if you are going slowly through the snow...

After rereading your post, are you thinking about using winter 18s just on the front? Also, I know a few who use 18" winters cause of their BBK, but most BBKs will fit under 17s (332mm or less usually...)
Just FYI

no bbk but I have those 18s w/ rear winters just need fronts and want same compny but they only make them 225/45/18, there is no 225/40/18 from them otherwise I would go with that. By the way these are dunlop sp m3 tires.

What size are the rear ones?
M3s are great tires, but theres not an 18" fitment that really works for our cars... Unless you have 255/35/18s.
