How to remove this... (Pic)

How on earth do I remove this thing? It's in my trunk. The reason for the night-vision is because my camera has that feature and it looks better than with color. I would like to remove it without damage to it, if possible.

Oh, and by this thing, I mean the board-like-thing that has been cut-out for the trunk beam.

Take a needle nose or regular pliers and take the center pins out of the little plastic things sticking out. They're just friction bolts. When you take out the center, the outsides can contract and it can slip out of the hole...I'll explain more on AIM...
