there seems to be a good amount of curb rash, how much would that cost to fix? Is this a good deal or should I just wait for better condition wheels?

Don't know too much about rim restoration, here's the only link that I know of personally...don't know if the damage is too extensive for it though, but I'm sure someone with more experience will post..
