My car has 122.xxx miles on it wit the original clutch. I did the 3rd gear test and it doesn't slip. The clutch stop is adjusted well so that's not the problem. My car used to shift without any problems but recently my friend and I traded shiftknobs for like 2 weeks. After usin his shiftknob for like a week, I ve noticed that most of the time it's VERY hard to put the car in first or second. Third and Fourth and fifth are relatively easy, but the first couple gears are just crazy hard. I am not sure wut's wrong. Does my transmission may be need new oil? or some clutch valve or smth? heeelllpp....

Try putting in some Royal Purple fluid. I have a short shift kit, and going into second was extremely hard/notchy. After putting some RP in the shift to second was considerable smoother, but still notchy. At 122k its worth a shot

I would say the best thing is to change the fluid.
