I finally got my car back! And she runs mint! Please mind that i'm still not done and I have some things to do still (ie: turn signals, big brake kit, interrior, and back to the bodyshop to fix the imperfections). I just had to take some pics!

Awesome...that is one beautiful E30. E30 are always going to be the definitive shape of a BMW for me. My first bimmer was an 84 318I and I have an 88 E30 M3. You must have a lot of sweat and $$$ tied up in that car!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmtech. I'm not usually a fan of eyebrows, but yours pulls it off, Dave. Looks awesome.

Car is absolutley sweet! Beautiful ride.

I vote no on the eyebrows though. It's the only part that looks tacked on.

I do have to say i'm very impressed with the conversion. I could still free up some horsepower by doing more weight removal, but that is not my main concern right now. Here are some pics of the engine bay I took today (mind the mess).

Very nice.

How difficult was the swap? Who did the work?

Everyone says the E30 is a great, tossable chassis, and I love my M50 motor. Mixing the two has always been in the back of my mind.

Hey that's pretty cool to see an m50 wedged into an e30.

Good job!
