Another fine group of pix, bro. Very nice.

Photoshop: Are you tightening the points in Levels or "essing" in Curves to get more contrast? Any photoshop post production going on?

Film Development: Are you pushing the stops? The contrast is nice and high. I noticed your color photos have nice saturation and contrast too.

Damn it, I had all my photo gear there; I should have played with some infrared to get some interesting B&W shots. I was more busy shooting video though. :(

Gawd damn it, I'm in lurve with that gray E30 M3. <3

Gracias, my friend. Answers to your questions:

Photoshop... aside from the added signature, I just make sure that its fully desaturated (in the case of black and white, that is). Scanning produces different hues of B&W (sometimes bluish or even brownish) And yes, levels do the job right. Curves can be hella tricky and produce some weird results if not adjusted the right way.

Developing... no special trick to it. It's the camera that produces the "leaks", giving it that black exposure on the edges... giving the photos a more "focused" look. It's an old Russian (cheap) camera so it's cool how it's flaws produce unique exposure and color distortions.

Yeah, I can't wait for that vid... You finished with it yet? That I wanna see. :)
