I really can't remember if I posted this here but I don't think so, I ran a search and didn't find it. Well I am still getting used the the d70 so there is some digital noise and my tripod was a piece of junk.

I think a little more light would have helped. Cool still.

It may have been nice to have a tad bit more light, but it still looks awsome. I love the colors of the sky.

The D70 is a really really nice camera. Maybe reduce the ISO? I am just getting into photography myself.
What made you choose the D70 over the Rebel XT? (You know the D70s is out too, but you could do the firmware upgrade.)

I that a FIAT or a BMW? ah whatever....i think it's obvious the pic is too dark.

Go and hold both the d70 and the xt, thats why. The d70 just fits and feels so much better in my hand.
And ok maybe its just my monitor is super bright and I can make the car out alot more but. Its more of the photographers stand point then a pic of the car. But I know I have way better pictures

Looks awsome, it would be perfect if it were a little brighter so the silohette stood out more against the sky and the wheels and archs were a bit more visible.

I would have turned at least the parking lights and fog lights on, just to lighten up the picture and help show some of the lines of the car

Good idea, I still need to get out there for a good shoot of my drop before winter.

Severly slow down the shutter speed, that's what the tripod is for.
A good tip when learning the finesses of a new camera: take several shots of the same thing but record at what F-stop, shutter speed, etc. so that when you get the prints back you can compare and better understand what specific settings do exactly. Good luck.

I like it as is.....nice visible outline of the car against the night landscape, very cool!....
You guys need to open up and maybe visit some art museums or something! :D
