I Cant Get The Radio Out

Alright guys, I don't know what to do. It's an aftermarket radio mind you. I tried to take off the HVAC off and then go in there to get to the back of the radio, but the back of it seems like its stuck right against something and I have no idea how to get it out. If anyone has any experience, I would appericate if someone could let me know, I've been goin at this thing for a while and can't figure out how to do it.

why do you need to take out the HVAC? no need to.

Aftermarket radio usually has the rectangular bezel, remove that. Then on some aftermarket radios there are two locking mechancisms on the side, push it up/out. Radio can now be gently pry out with a flat head screw driver or your hand.

insert two thin metal slats on each side of the headunit once the trim peice is off. Then, slide it out
