What bimmer should I get?

My old 528e is starting to die, and I want an upgrade. I have about 10-15 grand to spend. I'd like something relatively quick, but also want something that looks nice and is comfy inside.

Any suggestions? I'm looking at some 328s, but I want to expand my horizons a little bit and want some input.

After driving the hell out of my 528, I'm completely hooked on BMWs for life.

Everyone is different and we all have different needs. However, after owning a 5, I find 3s just too cramped and 'small' feeling. For me, going back to a 3 is not an option I'd like to take. I'm a 5 person now (used to be a 3 person).

I like the 19978 540s, but all the ones I'm finding in my price range have 100-110 thousand miles. Can I expect it to keep running (with little repair cost) for another 50k miles? I want something I can drive for at least 3 or 4 years.
