It seems that every experience I have had with AA has been poor. Great parts, but poor customer service/product awareness.
I have spoken with AA tuning in the past and every encounter has left me disappointed. The last time, I spoke with one of their employees regarding their intake and exhaust systems, and to my surprise, they were unable to answer any of my questions regarding fitment and differences between old and new versions of their exhaust.
Today, I called to see if their E36 rear strut brace fits 318ti's. Mike, one of their "technical experts," said that he had no idea and instructed me to use a tape measure to calculate the distance from "bolt to bolt" to see if coupes/sedans/hatchbacks are the same. I am starting to see a trend.
Has anyone had a similar experience? I will never deal directly with AA ever again. Okay, I'm done ranting

KO Performance is your friend!
Edit: oh and yes i have had a similar experience...i called and asked them about a custom software program for an OBD II M52. The software would be to run a 3.5hfm and 24lb injectors.
They said yes they could do it, and that it would be $400. When another member called and asked they got a completely different response, basically No, they cannot do a custom software program for those mods, and if we wanted to try, the car would have to be in Florida, yay!
So i don't think they are all on the same page over there, apparently if you do get a tune, they do a great job...or i mean Karl does a great job.

That seems to be the case of many shops around.
My experience with UUC for example, great parts and fast deliveries. Once the DIY was missing with my pulley order.
Called once, talked to a dude that said there is no way of emailing it and that he puts one in the mail the next day - (I never received it)
Called a second time, they say they can fax it or email it this time. Dude asks me E36 or E46, I say E36 and 1995 to make sure : I receive two copies of the E46 diy.
Called a third time the lady hardly find it and what I receive is a quick outline with no pictures.
Add all the times when the nobody answers.
...
Anyway !
I know pulleys are easy but when you do a job for the first time you know how helpful are DIYs !
BenferPerfomance :
There is no phone number on their website.
So I emailed them to ask basically if customers can do a "pick up/ drop off" for their powdercoated valve covers (you have to turn in the old one) to save shipping costs because I'm local.
Got no answer. :confused
Gorgeous car/sig btw :)
