I'm considering these not because of their claims to improve gas mileage, but because I have allways thought of something like this to quiet my car down. I actually tried to build something similar, but ran out of tools.

they also sell units that install as part of the exhaust, for like $20 each.

I have a relatively free flowing 2.5" all the way, dual, no resonators, magnaflow exhaust, so I"m guessing the cat wouldn't get TOO overloaded.

Dude... Snake oil and alligator tears.

Get the magnetic fuel optimizer and the electric superchargers while you are looking.

Is my post hard to understand? I don't care about its claims to increase horsepower or help fuel economy

I NEED A SOLUTION TO QUIET THE CAR AT LOW RPMs

I don't think resonators would be quiet enough

:lol .....On another note it doesn't seem too expensive, if you think it would work give it a shot.

Different exhaust system... is it too hard to figure that out?

I can't lose the sound I hear at full throttle over 3000 RPM. It drives me crazy. The only other exhaust that sound similar is that sensemsmsmemsmsm $1000 exhaust

roffle waffle can be so damn funny sometimes.

perhaps you should stick the resonators back in... I remember my b&b triflo was relatively well behaved below 3000rpm, and above that it screamed like a banshee...
