the car has been driven on the highway a ton over the last 4 years, but looks immaculate. Its at a non bmw dealer and Im wondering what to look out for in particular with such a high miles bmw. Is it worth getting or should i move on and look for something with lower miles?

how can you seriously say 115k isn't high miles on a 4 year old car

nearly 30k miles a year is quite high...

unless the price is really good (see low), I'd pass and look for something w/~70k miles (but more than 60k- so that it will already have inpsection II done)

It's alot of miles per year, but the car should not even be anywhere near a major engine rebuild if maintained properly.

A co-worker picked up an '01 325xi in March. It had 102K and he got it for just under 18K at the local BMW dealer. It has been completely trouble free for him.

price tag is about 15k. still not feeling happy about such high miles on a 01. I think i will just keep looking for a 99 m3 i can afford.... and then turbo it.
