Need advice...93 325i

I'm looking into getting a 93 325i in my area, here's the ad: 93 BMW 325I, 4dr., sedan, great cond. inside out, 120K miles, $6500. obo.

It's an auto with no rust on the body, and since it's OBO, what's a good way to negotiate a good price (and what's that price? ;))? Thanks in advance! :)

It looks pretty nice, and the lady that owns it just got a new Mitsubishi Montero (3rd kid on the way), so I'm just wondering if it'll be wise to go a little lower on the price, or whether I should just pay up my 6.5 grand. Thanks guys! :)
