Okay two questions concerning the stuff I bought from Ground Control today:
1. GC Rear sway bar reinforcements: What are some good places in the Bay Area to have these installed (welded)? How much am I looking at for installation? (95 M3 if it matters)
2. GC Street RSM: Which way does the clamping arch (part with the bolts) face? Towards the inside of the trunk? Towards the the outside of the car?
TIA

One more question:
Should I use the Z3 reinforcement plate in addition to the GC bracket? Will this help prevent cracked shock towers when running stiff suspension?
TIA, again

The GC Rear Shock Mounts already cover the areas the Z3 reinforcement plates go, so no need for both. I'm afraid It's been too long since I put my GC RSM's in, but if there's no instructions with them, a quick call to Ground Control should clear that up.
Not sure exactly where in the Bay Area you are, but I've been going to Motorspeed West (408)727-6631 in Santa Clara for a few years now, and they're absolutely the best. If they can't do the welding, they'll be able to point you at someone who can.

Thanks Kos,
I was thinking that the Z3 plate would cover more of the shock tower since the GC plate is cresent shaped, not symetrical.
I'll probably give GC a call soon and find out. RSMs go in on this weekend.
