In looking at the front end the manual calls for these tools to renew rubber and bushings

322050 track rod extractor
322090 track rod extractor center
6056 extractor from center tie rod
7009 extraactor center tie rod from drop arm
007500 push tie rod arm off guide
322000 drop arm removal extractor
31 1 000 rubber bushing removal

It seems alot of this is specialty while all is in place. I have my engine out and ready to revamp the "front end."

Anyone with experience on which is ABSOLUTELY necessary? It seems a fulcrumed ball joint tool will do the same?

if youre replacing everything all you need is some threaded rod and fender washers. a pickle fork will remove ball joints etc. because you are replacing them. i burned my old bushings out before powder coating everything. then i pulled new rubber bushings in with the threaded rod and dishsoap. thats the only specialty tool youll need
