Congratulations on the new purchase! Looks pretty stock excpet for the wheels ( they look great BTW). Nice color combination too.
A word of caution for you. Don't loose that cup holder ring or the cup holder is rendered pretty useless. My son put a cup in there and when he threw out the cup, the ring came out with the cup and got throw away as well. You might want to glue that sucker in place.
How do you like it compaired to the E30?
Have fun with it!

dunno yet. driving to NJ and picking it up on saturday. im assuming it will be a lot different. better in some ways, worse in others. it will be nice having a cupholder though, and thanks for the warning!
oh yeah it has a bored out throttle body too, dont know why though really. doesnt seem like it'd do much without cams and whatnot.
the car is IMMACULATE. after owning 3 e30's, 1 e28, and 1 e34, this e36 is by far the cleanest car i've ever owned, and among one of the cleanest i've ever seen. my e34 was pretty damn clean too. everything else was always dirty haha.

Nice car, first German car i've seen with a cup holder, makes me want to get one more.
German philosophy used to be "Driving should be too much fun to drink while you drive", so they left out cupholders.
