e36 window off track

im planning on lookin at a black 325 tomorrow and the owner says that both front windows are off the track and he doesnt know what the fix is. is it hard to fix it? if its hard will i need a mechanic or something and how much would that cost, or is it usually some stupid 5 dollar part to replace? this is the second one that has had a window off the track. is this a really common issue?

i fixed the driver and passenger window on mine when i bought it.....it isnt that hard you just have to take the door panel off and get it back on track..
